That was a fascinating read. If found it interesting that caffeine makes your brain more receptive to dopamine. What I really enjoyed is how you made the transition to how we are less in control than we think.
I always love data behind the power of belief. Mindsets can be performance enhancing drugs that we use through this reality.
Mindset is key, and as you pointed out, very little data shows how we can enhance good things and resist bad things through it!
